ZenFire Disconnect

Hi,

I'm set up to be able to log into my ZenFire account twice, which I do through once through the API and once through NT. This continues to work fine with NT 6.5.

However, NT7 is disconnected almost immediately, and does not reconnect. I can reconnect manually, but then it is disconnected again.

I won't be able to use it real time as long as that continues.

NT7 uses the latest R|API used for Zen-Fire. This new API introduces some safeguards where you are unable to establish more than one connection hence the forced disconnect. Unfortunately, this outside of our control. You can check with your broker if something can be done a the server level.

Ray, thanks for the response. They had the same safeguard with the "old" API, and had no trouble setting up 2 logins, so perhaps it will be equally straightforward this time.

Zen fire will allow your broker to set up as many connections as you need .... I had a similar issue and they took care of it at their level.

Thanks. As I indicated I already had dual connections that worked with NT6.5. According to ZenFire this is related to a problem with NT7's connection method, but they did resolve it with another login.
