Hang during install--Windows Firewall

FYI:
I had NT7 hang for 2-3 minutes during install, before it even showed up on Windows Task Manager. Just when I was about to shut down the computer to somehow get out of this dead end, I got a window asking me if I wanted Windows Firewall to continue blocking this program or click to "unblock." Once I unblocked, NT7 opened fine.

Never had any Firewall problems before, and Haven't changed any settings on this computer.
