I went to Control Center > Tools > Options > Misc and ran a test email to ensure that emailing was working. I ran the test and it said that the test email was sent successfully (I have not received it yet, however...but I'm assuming it was sent ok.
So I went back to my chart and tried to resend the chart via email...same error message popped up saying that NT needed to shut down.
