DrawRegion not working on panel2

I use the attached code on the instrument ^TICK.

When I place ^TICK in panel 2 the DrawRegion does not work.

It works in panel 1.

The file you have attached is missing all the required wrappers. Please try with a version that was initially created through the Indicator Wizard. If this was a snippet version, can you please provide the full version? Thank you.

Yes, it was a snippet. Attached is the full version. I have noticed that on occasion it does work in panel 2, but not always. I will let you know if I find the sequence of events that makes it work/not work.
