I belive you should be able to logon and received market data but order placement has not yet been configured on the TT servers. It may or may not work.

Unfortunately not yet. For clarification, there are several fingers in the pie on getting this all to work.

We have been testing and have ran into some issues on TT's side that they are currently investigating. That is the latest.
