suggestion: orders tab default instrument

It would be nice to be able to set a default instrument in the Orders tab

Current default is whatever is at top of Default list. If you trade only the YM and have the ES at the top of your alphabetical default instrument list, you end up recording a lot of ES data you do not want...unless you remember each time you start NT to set this to the YM.

If you only trade using Charttrader, you may seldom use the Orders tab...and therefore forget to change the default instrument

To clarify: the orders tab will maintain the selected instrument and restore on restart (always has been the case).
