2 day data series will not plot

chart 1 is day chart of NQ

chart 2 is same chart with day series of YM added

both instruments use same session template

Can you provide background information in the steps you used to create this particular multi-series chart? Which method of adding did you use? Were you connected? Do they chart fine individually for both? Chart date range?

1. blank workspace
2. connect zenfire
3. open NQ day chart 90 day load .... no problem
4. right click in chart....add YM day series....problem

5. close chart
6. open YM day chart 90 day load....no problem
7. right click in chart....add NQ day series....problem

date range is 90 day back from today

charts fine except when added to same chart together

first pair of charts = 1 min of NQ and YM.....both 5 days loaded only....from zenfire

second pair of charts = 180 of NQ and YM....both 5 days

first 3 charts = day chart of NQ plus day chart of NT with day series of YM added....lastly both series in one chart........5 days of data only

note in chart 2 that 5 days of both do not plot as 5 individual days

note there is no time scale on any of the charts

90 days of NQ plus 90 days of YM in same chart....

did Repair DB....no problem

did Reset DB....crash /exception....on shut down, big delay while "removing data..." note in bottom right of Control Center....waited 15 to 20 mins and shut down


now in vicious cycle/loop.....see pics

Sorry I just can't reproduce. Please retry on a completely clean reinstall of the new beta. (Delete Documents\NinjaTrader 7 folder)

complete new install of NT7B2 solved the issue...tested all scenarios and works fine

must have been either my DB or NT7B1
