6.5 Text Object Entry Box

Is the text entry box the same in NT7 as is in NT6.5? One thing that has been somewhat bothersome to me is the 'text entry box' opening so large and taking up so much realestate during entry. When clicking where you want the text to appear, the entry box opens, covering the chart that I'm focussed on. What would be nice is to be able to move that box initially to another monitor and have the software remember this spot so it will always pop up there when adding text to that particular chart, until I move it somewhere else.

The dialog box is relatively the same with minor new features. The box will show up on whichever monitor your mouse is located on.
