MarketReplay loses bars on moving slider

connected to today's YM data in MR

opened standard chart i.e. no ind/strat

ran from start time in MT dialog no problem

moved slider back in dialog to start over and all bars disappear

Do bars repopulate going forward?

same issue sliding forward....no bars

must open new chart to recover....and then not touch slider

Please attach your replay file. I am sliding back and forth on mine and the bars are filling up to the point in time of the replay slider.

Do you have data stored prior to the replay date in your database? Is the time you are sliding to actually a time within the session template of the instrument you are replaying?

yes I have 6.5 data for 28, 29, 30 sep, 1 and 2 oct

data for 6 oct is corrupt

problem is in running 7 oct data (recorded in 7)....however MR is set to the one day one start and stop

yes time is all within session.....data runs fine in play x500....just can not use slider

will try on 28 sep before sending 7 oct data....did that...no dates work.....

all I can do is 1. open MR and set date range 2. play at any speed....no problem 3. as soon as I touch slider, no bars on any day and Play does not create bars either

Hmm. I was still unable to reproduce. Maybe it has to do with having multiple replay files and changing the dates.

Could you please zip up your complete replay data folder with all dates and send me that? Then please let me know how you are setting the start/end dates and I will try again.

chart for 7 oct (the one I emailed to you) works as expected i.e. bars return if after moving the slider I do Reload All Historical Data

so I assume for some reason 7 does not reload the data automatically after the slider is moved forward/backward

have not sent zip yet as I had an ISP issue and do not have a good set of 7 data over multipe days

NT7 on my end repopulates the chart up to the point of the slider on my end. I guess I am still unable to reproduce. Is there any more information you can provide?
