MR vs ATMs

MR issues:

1. in 6.5 the Strategies tab listed both ATMs from charttrrader and also Strats from cs code that uses ATMstrategycreate

in 7 the Strategies tab does not show any of the ATM strats from charttrader...is this expected?

2. see pic showing flat position and yet 7 active ATMs....this clears/resets if you click the small box that brings up the ATM dialog

3. in 6.5, with charttrader set to 'keepselected....', you can hedge in the same acct ....with the same ATM and charttrader settings in 7, the attached errors occur

4. also see pic 2 for bid/ask values

3. Please outline the exact order placement steps you go through like buy 1, sell 1, etc. Thank you.

1. ok...no place then in control center to stop an atm?

3. I just use charttrader and a simple ATM with initial 20 tick stop, no target and no stop strat....I click Buy and then Sell in charttrader ....

4. YM 12-09 MR file is from 6.5 copy/paste

1. You could manage them from the Orders tab.

2. So you are saying that these 7 are listed, yet there is really no active orders? So they are really "finished" ATMs? You press the ... button and then it clears them out?

3 and 4. Can you please try with a replay file that you download for NT7? I am unable to reproduce at this time. Could you also attach that replay file you are using? Thanks.

2. yes....see pic...charttrader and Positions tab both show flat....it 6.5 it clears automatically....in this instance it did not clear until I clicked the ATM dialog button.....in 7 in live feed trading it clears auto as expected

3. 4. will do...will test again end of day on today's data...confirm...and also email 6.5 data to you

I was unable to reproduce with a replay file I got in 7. Please see if you still run into this issue with your 3 and 4 tests later today. Thank you.

MR replay worked perfectly on today's data recorded in 7....so issue must have been 6.5 data (which I assume you now do not need)

Could still be useful. Have you got several 6.5 MR files you could try on your end to confirm that it was not just a fluke issue with a single replay file? Thank you.

replayed 28, 29 and 30 sep....no issues

the data from the day I had issues was possibly a combination of 6.5 and 7 since this was the first day I had 7 installed

I suspect we can chalk this one up to corrupt day on the one day only
