Adding SP Opentick symbol

Anyone been successful adding the SP futures contract from opentick in NT? Please share the details if you have.

You mean SP500? Already there (NT6.5). Please try Tools->Options->Misc->Reset instruments.

I see SP500 as an Index but I want the SP futures contract that OPENTICK provides. SPM8 is the front month.

You would need to ask OT for symbol name and exchange code and then add an instrument in NT and set the OT mapping to "<symbol name>|<exchange code>".

I have that info but I have not been successful. I wanted to know if anyone else had been successful adding this symbol. Txs for the reply.
