IB data not loading

Using latest NT6.5.10 with IB... Chart Data not loading (1, 5, 15min ER2 and one stock), and hangs and gives error message. Superdome loads fine. I sent an email with log files but that too created an error message, so I assume it was not sent.

NT 6.5.10 was working... could it be a firewall issue which I updated recently, though I've tryed by turning it and anti-virus off.

Also when it was working, a second workspace was created with 12 charts of different futures markets to use for scanning. When I would re-load the space, most of the charts did not re-load data, but only displayed data from the last time I opened it. I had to change each one seperately to another insterment and then move it back to the one I wanted... Clearly not how you intended the program to work.

With the program now freezing regularly, I've had to revert to ver 6... but 6.5.10 was working...

Any thoughts?

Please check your SMTP settings in Tools->Options->Misc tab.

SMTP settings

the settings are blank, except for "port" which is 25

I pushed "test" and put in my email... recieved error message: "Failed to send mail: Error connecting to server. 81.169.163.72"

Under API I tryed enabling SMTP to see if that helps...
Now after changing between ER2 to ES and IB downloads data I recieve the message in the Loading Data box "Saving ... this request can not be aborted"
