How do you reproduce this error?

I'm using ZF and IB data feed.
All I did was open up a new MA window and try to load default instruments. This may be related to the issues I am currently having with ZF and IB feeds. They don't seem to like each other.

We never had a report like that before. I suggest reinstalling:
- please uninstall NT6.5 (all your data will be maintained)
- clear you browser cache
- download and install latest 6.5.0.10 again
