Error loading data

Hi Support,

I am getting the following error when I am loading ES data and it is not updating ES data. I restarted NT as ES was not updating and it gave this error after I restarted NT. I am on Ninja 6.5.0.10 and zenfirefeed.

"Unable to load chart data. Please retry and report this error to Ninjatrader customer support. Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

The chart is not updating realtime. In the Control center, orders tab, I see ES Bid/Ask updating, but do not see "Last" updating.

Please try: Tools->Options->Misc->Repair DB

Thanks Dierk. I did repair DB and it is updating fine in charts now. But it did throw the same error though. But as charts are working fine, ignored the error.

Dierk, is there any expected timeframe for 6.5 official release?

Could you please send us logs and traces by Help->Mail to support, subject "for Christian"? Thanks

NT6.5 release should be out in a few weeks.

Hi RK_trader !

Additional please:
1) upload your database using the mail to support function, make sure to check the 'database' checkbox.
2) please also add your workspace files, checking the workspace option
3) does this ever accur when you are not connected ? If not, add in the mail, to which provider do you connect.

Thanks, but unfortunately the information you send is not enough to help me resolve this problem.

Please:
- open NinjaTrader
- in the menu of the ControlCenter, press "Help" and there "Mail to Support"
- add my adress (christian AT ninjatrader DOT com) in the "Your mail address" field
- check the "Logs and traces files" option
- check the "Workspace files" option
- check the "Database file" option
- add a description of the steps into the large text fiels in the middle, when this did occur (the steps i need to reproduce this)
- press "Send"

I keep gettig this error too.

I had to reload my data a coupl of of times.
Trying to connect to the Zf feed crashed my app yeterday on my vista box

Also I cannot use ZF with IB data feed.
I can't even backfill from IB let alone run live data if ZF is the first connection made.
