As backfill def. no sec. bars but you can build them with realtime data from IB.

Is there a broker that provides free historical tick level data to do backfills on futures? I use IB because of the API, but would change brokers. Opentick is not reliable. eSignal costs money - if I pay them might as well use their charts.
