Bouncing "Global Cross Hair"

Once I notice the "Global Cross Hair" bounce unexpectedly, I get the following behaviour while trying to extend lines into the future (dragging the chart contents to the left to show "the future"); the chart jumps back to CurrentBar being right-justfied hiding future area.

Switching back to the "Cross Hair" cursor results in normal behaviour...

Is this bouncing behaviour normal for you?

No. Deleting my 5 charts and recreating has cleared problem in the past. I draw 10-20 lines/rays per chart.

Just tried going back to Global & working fine for now...

But I know once the cursor starts bouncing...problem exists...

(I am guessing focus jumps to a chart I'm not working on to cause the behaviour)
