stopped strategies and subsequent trade control

Hi guys,
first i have to say again how much i love this program. Truly an intuitive design and full of feature rich options.

regarding trades initiated by a strategy. once the strategy is exited (without cancelling orders) i try to control the Trailing Stop Losses and Take Profits. During this time i see the price pass my take profits and am forced to close the trade by clicking close. my trailing stops seem to become regular stops. can you recommend the proper control vehicle for trades initiated by strategies? im using chart trader but really uncertain of my level of control.

Can you elaborate what you mean -

- Strategy exited without cancelling orders
- Is this an ATM strategy or NinjaScript strategy

this is a ninja script strategy that initiates 2 trailing stop losses and two take profits. i have the option selected to not exit or cancel orders upon nt script termination. (i did get an error after my second position entry and needed to shutdown nt) My question is after that i watn to be able to manage the existing positions that were initiated by the nt script strategy but no longer under its control

You have full control over those orders once the strategy is terminated.

if the orders are initiated by Chart Trader ATM strategy and associated stop strategy, after NT is shutdown do these ATM strategies pick up where they left off on a reboot? Thanks again Ray

Yes they do unless the orders were filled while you were disconnected.

Now that i understand ATMs, thank you Ray, Is there a way to invoke an ATM from a Ninja Script Stategy and if so would the ATM survive termination of the Ninja Script Strategy?
