Beta 9 problems/FTSE 100 Future

Hi there

I have found two problems using Beta 9 for Live Trading on IB account:

1. FTSE 100 Futures Contract (Z 03-08) will not display in any window. This Contract IS being displayed on TWS.

2. Switching to a currency in a SuperDom window still produces an error message and last price is not displayed (only Bid & Ask).

I would politely ask that #1 is looked at ASAP.

I have reset Instrument list as suggested but still no Z 03-08.

I just tried on IB demo account and got data no problem. I suggest trying on demo account too (edemo/demouser), if you get data there then there is no live data available on your live account.

1. I have been receiving live data for months and it was working fine on Ninja Beta V8 last Friday. Problem has started since downloading V9 on Saturday.

2. I can trade this contract using IB's Trader Workstation platform.

Therefore, data availability is not the problem.

- did you try on a IB demo account?
- did you try trading using NT?
- as a last report you could rename your DB file and temporarily try a fresh DB (which will be installed by NT on startup)

I opened the demo account and got FTSE data. Then opened my live account and now FTSE data coming through. Hope it works tomorrow morning!

Currency problem on Super DOM remains.

Fractional currencies (sub-pip enabled) are not supported by the DOM, you must use the FX Pro window.
