    Added more charts without Pivots and NT behaving correctly.

    So Dierk you still want me to send the requested info ???

    At the moment my workspace contains charts without pivots, do you want me to put them back again for the purposes of sending the workspace ???

            db.zip (104mb) is too big to upload on a free upload service.

            Will have to find an alternative - can we skype ??? did you want to connect to the pc , any other avenues you can suggest

                  Additional Info

                  I set up new charts without pivots - NT behaves, no hanging when connecting

                  I added the new pivots in .09 - NT hangs when connecting to either ZenFire or OpenTick, have to end task

                  I removed the pivots - NT behaves, no hanging when connecting

                    Thanks, we'll look into.

                    For now:
                    - please remove Pivots and Woodies pivots from your setup OR
                    - try setting the Pivot's property "PriorDayHLC" to CalcFromIntradayData or UserDefinedValues. Set setting DailyBars likely will cause the issue

                      Yes. That seems to be the problem. I have changed the settings and NT does not hang

                        BTW: Issues on OT historical data: http://www.opentick.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3040

                        We will continue researching the pivots as OT is operational again.

                          Hi !

                          We fixed the problem on Pivots indicator and PriorDayHLC settings DailyData, which led to a lockup on reconnect. The fix will be available in next update of NinjaTrader 6.5

                            So I now have contiuing problems with .09

                            After having it run without shutting down the computer or NT for a few days I had to shut the computer and now NT will simply hang every time I invoke it, or after closing worspace I exit then open NT and then open a workspace. The charts are simply blank.

                            The only way to get NT to work is to delete workspace and recreate.

                            I have gone through this several times.

                            What could be happening ??

                              We have resolved some issue that may cause the problem with workspaces in our upcoming Beta 10 that will be released early next week. Please let us know if the problem persists after that.
