Wrong Data displayed in Charts

Hi,
I'm using NT ver. 6.5.0.8 with IB data feed.

Whenever I restart NT or TWS or start a new chart the data displayed in the charts seems to display a mix of two tickers data. Screen shots attached.

I can restart the lot but it still comes up with the mixed data. Its looks like mostly ES data displayed in other instruments. I have to use the 'Reload historical data' option for every charts!!!

Edit the indicators you have on the price panel "AutoScale" property to false. That should resolve it.

Changing the indicators "AutoScale" property to false doesnt fix the problem. Its still displaying data from different instruments. If I export the data it is showing that its all mixed up??

Please make sure you are on Beta 9.

- Tools > Historical Data > Delete the problem instrument
- Open a chart for this instrument

Yes have updated to latest have deleted all history but it is STILL happening!!

How can data from another instrument end up in the wrong chart?

Please double check that you proceeded as per Ray's post.
- make sure you are disconnected from any broker/provider
- Tools->Historial data->Delete for this instrument and the minute time frame
- now pull up a chart should be blank. If not then you did not process previous step correctly

Now as chart is blank:
- close chart
- Tools->Options->Misc->Reset instruments
- connect to your broker/provider
- reopen chart
- issue should be gone
