opentick feed

yesterday and today i can not get any feed from opentick.

others in my chat room have the same problem

anyone else?

OT has not responded to my ticket

is this an OT or NT problem?

Please search this forum for similar thread to that issue.

If nothing has changed in your NT set up it could very well be anything in between your PC to the OT servers.

just read post re NT dropping instruments

in my case, OT map for ^DVOL ^UVOL and ^SP500 are all unchanged in Instrument Manager

so...???

did DBRepair per post below....no change

I note from same post that OT is down....historical anyway....I can not get live feed either...just hangs per attached screenshot

Once OT is back up and running, please let us know if you still have problems.

i can now get UVOL DVOL and ADD live and historical

i can open a new SP500 chart and get historical...however it will not update in real time at all
