I have latest 6.5 build... volume chart.. sim101 account.
if I use chart trader, PnL (I'm viewing it in $) updates properly.
However, if I am looking a bit further back in time... i.e. chart is not fully to the extreme right, then the $ will stay static in the chart trader and on the chart. But the DOM updates just fine... i.e. they are not in sync. However, sometimes it updates in sync. I think perhaps when the market is moving faster... I was noticing this problem on 6J contract at 10 to 11 PM EST Sunday evening, so market not really moving much most of the time. But once it started to move more it would update the chart trader price.
However, I did test this twice.. so it was repeatable. I had moved to extreme right, chart worked fine... then I moved back in time a bit and PnL prices stopped updating... then I moved it back to extreme right (i.e. current data) and then it updated again properly.
