Deleting an indicator from panel moves other indicators

With several indicators that are scaled similarly in panel 3 and similarly in panel 4, deleting one of the indicators from panel 3 moves all the indicators in panel 4 into panel 3 with the remaining indicators from panel 3.

So the indicators that were originally in panel 4 have to be moved back to panel 4.

So is there any consideration to do anything about it?

It's inconvenient for all the indicators in two different panels (which may have different scales factors) to be combined in one panel - just because one of the indicators in the lower numbered panel is deleted.

Before automatically moving indicators into a panel, it would be reasonable to check that there are no indicators in the lower numbered panel.
