    6.5.0.8 and MBT doesn't work

    Loaded the latest beta, now NT crashes every time I try and connect to MBT.

      Yes, I sent an email to support with todays trace file. Everything worked with .7, nothing on my end changed. .8 program crashes when connecting to MBT.

        I suggest:
        - uninstalling NT6.5
        - uninstalling MBT Nav
        - downloading and installing both again

          FYI, the issue doesn't appear to be on my end. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't fix anything.

            Thanks for feedback. We are about to isolate in issue where NT can't connect to MBT Nav11 using latest 6.5.0.8. This is on Vista only.

            Are you by chance on Vista?

                I have the same problem. I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bit. I re-downloaded NT (twice) and MBT. I did not uninstall NT (just ran repair). I was ready to uninstall but I came back to this thread and saw the response.

                  We're in touch with MBT support to isolate the issue. For the meantime you would need to go back to NT6. Please don't forget to then uninstall MBT Nav11 and re-install old MBT Nav 10.13: www.ninjatrader-support.com/ninjatrader/MBT/mbtnavigator10.13.0.7.exe

                  You then would need to upgrade again to MBT Nav11 as the NT6.5 issue is resolved.

                    There is now way to just go back to 6.5.0.7 until this is resolved? My stategies don't run on 6.0 so that isn't a solution for me.

                          Yes, we are in close contact with MBT tech support to isolate the cause of the trouble and to come up with a resolution. Unfortunately no ETA yet.

                            Still no update on this issue? It's been a week since this issue was reported and I've been unable to use MBT and NT.
