Error on doing Backup

Hi Support,

I am on Ninja 6.5.0.6. I closed my account connections and clicked "Utilities-->backup" and then "RunBackup". it is throwing this error:

"Unable to create NinjaTrader backup archive file: Exception of type "System.OutofmemoryException" was thrown."


I checked the log file and it says "Failed to call 'Add' method for period type 'Tick'. Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown"

Please suggest how to proceed to perform backup.

Please restart NT and perform the backup.

Hi Dierk,

I restarted NT and tried to do the backup. But it is still giving the same error.

Is this a bug in 6.5.0.6 that will be fixed in the next Beta release update? Is there any workaround to do the backup, till the next release.

Let me try to clarify:
- you start NT
- then you immediately run a backup and get error below?

I started NT and immediately ran a backup and noticed this problem.

Noticed earlier, that 6.5.0.7 has been released. I upgraded and now backup looks like working fine.
