In case this is an unknown issue, I have been having a problem when opening the Data Box [Ctrl+D] - indicators in my price pane would disapear from the chart display until "F5" to reload the indicators on chart, then it would disapear again.
The Log would tell me "Error on plotting header into chart data box for indicator xxxx. Please check the 'ToString' method: Index was out of range. Must be Parameter name: index".
To avoid having the indicator names and parameters across the top of my price chart, I had cleared the "Label" field so that it is empty.
I have now put some text back in the Label field and the problem no longer occurs.
