Tools/Options crash

Just installed ninjatrader for the first time and it crashes whenever I choose Tools/Options. Output is this:

It also can't connect to the licence server.

Please delete your <my documents>/NinjaTrader6.5/Config.xml file. You then would need to setup your Tools->Account connections again.

That didn't help the problem, it still crashes opening the dialog. I hadn't set any settings so I don't see how deleting Config.xml would help, since it was already the default file?

As I say, I couldn't connect to the licence server on startup (I'm behind a firewall and can't see anywhere to enter a proxy address). Perhaps that has something to do with it? I was re-prompted for my key once I deleted the file.

BTW, this isn't actually the beta, it's the latest release.

One more question, when you change <proxy usesystemdefault="False"/> to "True" in NinjaTrader.exe.config where does it actually look for the proxy address? Because I don't think I have a system default proxy setup.

Whatever your system default is I suppose. We would not know what that is.

Can you try the beta version and see if you get the same result?
