Windows Vista and NT 6.5 Version 6

I really need this update because of certain corrections to indicators i am using. It may explain a lot. I receive the following from Windows Vista when trying to install Release 6. I very much appreciate the quick responses from you guys. Please reply as I am burning midnight oil here.

Hi Howie,

It would appear you would need to uninstall before hand. Have you tried this step already?

Will do after backing up strategies. Is there a way to retain tick data accumulated?

You can use our backup tool to backup everything from database to strategies. It is located in File->Utilities.
