Connection probblem

I am having problem with the connection to Gain's server for 2 days. Yesterday I was not able to connect to Gain's server. Today the connection simply disappeared. I'd appreciate any help.

I reinstalled the software and the connection showed up. But when I tried to connect I am getting the following error:

Login failed: Failed to connect to the Rates interface:
System.Net.Socket.SocketExtension: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Receive[Byte[] buffer,Int3

GAIN has been having some problems, we are currently in touch with them.

Is there a problem with the Gain interface? I'm trying to connect to Gain as well as the NinjaTrader historical servers and am receiving the following message:

My OpenTick connection works, so it seems isolated to Gain data? It was working earlier today, but fails repeatedly now.

Suggest that the GAIN server is closing the connection for some reason. Try back later today or tomorrow.
