Double Control Center Window

Double Control Center Window

When I open NT 6.5.4 I end up with two Control Center dialogue Windows. One with a blank name and one with my Workspace name. If I close either one NT shuts down. Is there a way to only display the control panel from my named workspace?

Does this happen each time you start NT?

Yes it does. There is no other workspace that shows in the workspace list. Only my "custom" workspace. If a couple of screen caps will help, let me know. Be happy to provide.
