I can't log into the website account

I already had an account with Ninjatrader.

Today I bought an account with Bulenox.

When I logged into my Ninjatrade account to download the platform, I clicked on "Not ready for live trading? Start a risk free trial of simulated trading" (image 1).

The page to enter the data appears, I enter my data and the following message appears "Real-timer market data required to trade this contract. Please update your market data subscription and place a new trade" (image 2).

Because of this, I can't log in to the website to download the platform.

Can someone please help me?

On Bulenox's dashboard there's a ninjatrader link and I just followed those instructions and got it working
