Updated to latest version, NT broker / feed wont connect

    Thanks for your follow up.

    The platform is free for use. By paying customers, do you mean you bought the LifeTime plan for the platform?

    I have been keeping an eye out since you posted originally and even asked my team if they are seeing any uptick in connection lossed in 8.1.4.1

    Besides people who are on VPS or have some kind of connection blockage, this has not been a widespread issue.

    We have hundreds of thousands of clients, and majority of the new ones are on 8.1.4.1

    If this was an actual bug, I would not even be here and our team would be fielding the hundreds of email cases that come in when a bug as impactful as this is found.

    I already told you what you need to do if you want this formally investigated.

    Otherwise you can continue trying to troubleshoot this yourself.

    I recommend using a different network connection:

    - Mobile Hotspot

    - Wired instead of Wifi or vice versa

    - If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try connecting again.

    If you still cannot connect after trying these things, there may be an issue with either your local installation or PC network adapters.

      Correct. I pay for order flow and market depth.

      Good luck retaining the customers unlike me who just opt to use a different product, without reporting it.

        In case you use google username/account, here is the fix:

        On app start, use the "login with google" button instead of typing your credentials above.
        After app start, go to "connections" -> "configure" and remove your current "NinjaTrader" connection.
        Add a new NinjaTrader connection and use here as well the "login with google" button instead of typing your credentials above.

        This was fixing my issue with no working feed since the update to 8.1.4.1

        Currently, the ability to log in using the Google username format is temporarily unavailable following the recent update. Our team is diligently working on a resolution to restore this functionality. In the meantime, we recommend the following options:
        • Use the "Sign in with Google" button for a seamless login experience.
        • Alternatively, you can create a username that does not rely on the Google sign-in format.
        I just wondering why the heck no mod here is able to share this simple piece of information here?!?!
        Would have been clever to add this to the release notes, as soon as you'd have figured the bug - Would be a feature then!

        Hope this is helping at least some of you guys. Don't know whether this is the only issue related to this.​
