The platform is free for use. By paying customers, do you mean you bought the LifeTime plan for the platform?
I have been keeping an eye out since you posted originally and even asked my team if they are seeing any uptick in connection lossed in 8.1.4.1
Besides people who are on VPS or have some kind of connection blockage, this has not been a widespread issue.
We have hundreds of thousands of clients, and majority of the new ones are on 8.1.4.1
If this was an actual bug, I would not even be here and our team would be fielding the hundreds of email cases that come in when a bug as impactful as this is found.
I already told you what you need to do if you want this formally investigated.
Otherwise you can continue trying to troubleshoot this yourself.
I recommend using a different network connection:
- Mobile Hotspot
- Wired instead of Wifi or vice versa
- If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try connecting again.
If you still cannot connect after trying these things, there may be an issue with either your local installation or PC network adapters.
