Fast Track Trading or NT lifetime licenses prior to 2013

Hi Folks, Even though FTT (fast track trading) is not full partners with you yet they say that if I bought my NT license prior to 2013 (which I did buy and have a licence for lifetime since 2011) then I could connect now via Rithmic Pro and have the ability even now to use NT desktop with them ... see here https://app.screencast.com/KBgOnUoS2cDBP That said I have rithmic pro connected to FTT so now how do I connect the data feed given that I have the lifetime license prior to 2013? I don't use your particular setup, but I would think you should be able to use the Account connection method "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" with the "Plug-in mode for use with R|Trader" (You need to enable plugin mode in your Rithmic Pro RTrader as well). This may or may not require the multi-broker license.

If Fast Track Trading is not officially supported by NinjaTrader at this time.

If Fast Track Trading gave you steps to connect with NinjaTrader even though it is not supported by our company yet, you will want to keep to ask them for more specific steps on how to set up the connection.

• They are most likely referring to the "Rithmic" connection type.
• You would essentially do the same thing as you would for "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" but use the "Rithmic" connection instead.

If you still have any further questions, please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may provide further insight:

• Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
• To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
• Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
• Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
• Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
• Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
  • Send the email

You can always copy trade from NinjaTrader to Fast Track using ETP copier in the meantime, this is what I do since I have other Rithmic prop firms too, so it's effectively the same thing as using NinjaTrader to trade with Fast Track accounts.
