Please use the following instructions to provide us with your log and trace files:

1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
6. Send these .zip files as attachments to support@ninjatrader[dot]com.

Unhandled exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

Help please! Tuesday morning I received this error message when trying to connect to my apex tradovate eval accounts. Along with the message was an audio saying, "order filled". The accounts never appeared and the dot was yellow. I uninstalled and reinstalled and I am still having the same problem. As far as the charts go, MES charts seem to be sort of working, but large sections are missing, MNQ charts continuously say loading in the upper left corner and are not really working at all. None of my accounts are showing on the accounts tab, even the simulation accounts I made are not showing their accurate information, they are showing under the accounts tab but with 0 for all values. I seem to have no problem on the tradovate web version, but I have never used this for trading, however I think this would indicate the problem is with NinjaTrader not tradovate. Please help, this is making it very difficult to trade my accounts and I have lost money on them as a result.
