Locked ATM Strategy
I scalp both long and short in one minute time frame and it is tedious changing the lightning bolt ATM strategy to the exclamation mark to allow me to put both long and short orders on the chart. May I know how I can keep my ATM strategy locked to the exclamation mark instead of it changing to lightning bolt?Tags: None

Hey JackyP
Perhaps I can help, but the lightning bolt means that the atm strategy is active and running... so its doing all the things you told it to by the rules like when you place a trade which is why you see that ... the exclamation mark means there is some sort of problem or alert with the strategy, or a connection problem or something with the config. If you needed some already configured, google "XABCD ATM Pack" and we have a bunch of templates you can put into NT8 to help you get started.... all free, so go nuts. We also put out a course on them (Approx 50 min long if you really want to go in depth and see examples) ... called "NinjaTrader 8 ATMs - Building A Strategy (Full Course)" which you might find helpful.. here is a direct link to that... https://youtu.be/eVR9Xyy-QkQ?si=lErCkCdNsQMqbkhb
So basically you want (and should expect it) that after it places a trade to show the lightning bolt because its running, and there are not any issues.
