I had issues with connecting to my Live account and eventually got my Live account to show up by setting the connection to start up by default at login but now the account information doesn't show up. I see green status but the buying power, cash value, etc columns are all displaying zero dollar amounts. The only thing that's not zero is the gross realize from the trade I made via the web interface earlier today.
My sim accounts are the same.
The data feed seems to be working because the instruments show price movement in the basic entry window. However, when I open a position, the account information is still zero. Excess intraday and etc aren't being updated. Closing the position doesn't update the PnL either.
Things I've done so far:
Delete and recreated the 'Live' connection
Uninstall and reinstall Desktop app with the latest file available on Ninjatrader site
Delete 'DB' folder to clear cache
Anyone experienced this issue before? I all started today. I didn't made any config changes and everything was normal during London session.
