Chart candle data displayed is delayed by 1 minute

Comparing NinjaTrader desktop chart data (candles) on NQ Futures (not specific to NQ though) to same data on ThinkorSwim platform. I am doing this on Saturday morning (i.e. market is closed) and am therefore looking at historical (non-live) data. Although, this also occurs with live data. Ninjatrader candles are delayed by 1 minute in comparison to same candles on ThinkorSwim platform. Both platform charts are opened at same time (see attached screen capture of charts). I have researched this "delayed data" issue on this forum and have accomplished "synchronizing computer clock" numerous times. This does not fix the problem. I have also removed any 3rd party apps and have removed most indicators on NinjaTrader. None of these actions have resolved the issue. I have used both "on close" and "on price change" for indicator I have in use. Both of these settings produce the same result. I have also used a completely fresh new NT chart with no indicators at all on it. Same result. What could be causing this 1-minute delay in data on both historical "non-live" and "live" data on NT platform and how do I go about correcting this issue? I have my NT account through APEX trader funding and connected to Rithmic. Thank you.
