When using Interactive Brokers, what ninjatraders fees and commissions still apply? Do I still need to pay for data, ninjatrader license and futures trading fees on this side?

When you are trading your Interactive Brokers account, your commissions are still going to be determined by Interactive Brokers directly. All data, commissions, etc questions should be directed to IB directly.
