I recently downloaded a trial version of Shark Indicators Backbird to demo.
As soon as I engage the Dynamic Planning function, the software crashes.
I reached out to their support and the reply is below:
Hi Mike,
You seem to have other issues that I believe are contributing to the issue you're experiencing with our software.
Here's an excerpt from your most recent log file:
These are default NinjaTrader indicators and should not be producing errors. I would guess that you have some other indicator installed that modified the default indicators.
I suggest that you reach out to NinjaTrader Support for assistance with resolving these issues.
My guess is that you just need to run a repair on the installation to restore the indicators to default.

As an aside, while I was recently away I was using my laptop for trading and had issues with a conflict between Ninjatrader and One Drive (files being duplicated). It was a nightmare sorting it out, and the first thing I did when I got home was disable OneDrive on my desktop. Not sure if this could possibly be a reason?
