    Thanks for the reply. After one more uninstall/reinstall it's finally loading the platform. Previously it would direct me to the ninjatrader webpage.

    Thank you or your response and for the screenshot.

    Your screenshot was not visible to me in the original post for whatever reason so I appreciate you sharing another one. To enter the platform, all you need to do is hit 'Simulation'. Once you are in the platform, you would then want to enable Multi Provider mode. To enable Multi Provider, you may use the guide at the link below;

    Once Multi Provider mode is enabled, it will put the platform into the same mode as your other installation and you can then create your Rithmic connection for TopStep.

    Hello tijaki82,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    When you state that you are continuously met with a screen, which screen are you referring to? Can you please provide a description of the window or (if possible) a screenshot?
    • To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.
    • Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

    NJ 8 Desktop not opening

    New here and frustrated with the platform. I have it installed on a laptop that opens and operates perfectly fine. However I'm moving all my operatoins over to a multi-monitor desktop. I've uninstalled/reinstalled NJ8 numerous times. Yet, when I log in I'm continuously met with this screen. ​It sticks here. I follow all install and connection steps via topstep, and now here in the forums and i still end up with this mess. What am I missing?
