I have just installed NT, There is no options of Kinetic in connection tap. Help me to resolve the connection please.

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Please navigate to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->General and enable 'Multi-provider'. Click OK and restart NinjaTrader.
Then create a new connection, using your Kinetick username and following this connection guide: https://support.ninjatrader.com/s/ar...language=en_US
If you have further questions, please email us from the NinjaTrader platform (Help-> Email Support), so we can receive your log and trace files as well.

I will post it again... For Ninjatrader... Please consider making "Multi-provider" enabled BY DEFAULT rather than putting your customers through this... There is NO REASON to have this switched off other than to funnel people to the brokerage part of your business... People who WANT to upgrade to the new platform who come from Rithmic or Kinetic are annoyed that this isn't enabled by default and that they have to seek out an answer to something they had before that you made the conscious decision to take away... Do better Ninjatrader!

Thank you for the message.
If a user already had NinjaTrader 8.0 installed and then upgraded to the 8.1 platform, Multi-provider Mode will be enabled by default. So, anyone who is simply updating their platform should see the 8.1 platform in Multi-Provider mode upon upgrading.
It is only a fresh installation of NinjaTrader on a PC that didn't previously have NinjaTrader installed that it will open up in Single-broker/NinjaTrader mode.
Since NinjaTrader Brokerage and NinjaTrader Platform are the same company, it is expected for us to try and improve and optimize the experience for our brokerage clients.
We currently have a feature request already created to add an additional button on the Single-broker/NinjaTrader mode screen that appears for a user to open the platform in Multi-Provider mode for connecting to a Rithmic or different account type other than NinjaTrader. I have added your vote to this feature request.
Please feel free to check the release notes for SFT-5971 in a future release to see if this feature has been implemented:
