Same is happening here but we haqve figured out whenever I connect to Topstep it corrupts the sqlite file and then I try and log back in and my paid indicators lose licensing. Ninjatrader support says its my machine ID changing but the error message shows my correct id#.

Thank you for using NinjaTrader.
It is possible that your machine ID is changing and revoking its own licensing for your add-on. This will typically when a Windows update occurs (scheduled or not).

Indicator Licensing
Hello,
I install a 3rd party indicator. It works then if I shut down and restart nunja my licensing for it says I am not licensed. I have repaired, uninstalled/installed several times. After a cklean install of all again it works the first time and then when I go back in the licensing for is gone. Please advise. I have deleted the sqlite file and when I go back in it works but not again after that.Tags: None
