    Hello Prizax,

    Thank you for your post.

    So that we may investigate further, please write into support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.

    And please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so we may investigate this matter further.
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    PC Shutdown

    Hi my PC shutdown during market hours today (which was OK for me) so I had ninjatrader open with some posisitons... (I use tradovate connection) then after I turn back on, I see the chart cut... lost data btw that timeframe and alaso can NOT longer submit orders... also dont see my accounts in the "Accounts" tab... cant believe such things still happen in 2023...
