    Hello sasinka657,

In order to display both Bid and Ask you would need to import data with access to both the Bid and Ask information as opposed to only the last price. If your data does include this information right click in your chart->Data Series->Enable "Tick Replay" then click Ok.

I have also included a link below to our Help Guide that goes over data format requirements.Let me know if I may be of further assistance.

I need tick data and CQG hasn't offered that for 2 years. It only offers minute data. No?

I was able to upload the data, but I'm missing the ASK side of the orders. Does anyone know what it could be? I attach a photo

    this is error

I have the data file named correctly. There will be no mistake here.
What is the name of the file?

It appears to be complaining about this line,

    '20200501,000000,2864.5,1'

Is that the correct format for the type of data
you want to import in NinjaTrader?

What kind of data are you trying to import?

That is odd as they do provide about 2 years. On the new micros I went all the way back to 2019 when they were launched.

,,When exporting data from Tick Data, LLC with their TickWrite utility, the data must be exported in a format NinjaTrader can import and then the file will need to be properly renamed.,,

Program recommended by ninja for data historian. They also provide historical data.
    :-( :-(

Why don't you use CQG data that gives you like 2 years worth of tick data?

    What is TickWrite7?

    Sounds like a 3rd-party program.

    Where did you get it?
