Hi, I'm using Ninjatrader for an Apex Trader Funding account. They provide us with a license key to use the platform. On NT 8.0 we could manually input the key and get the account to work that way. Now that "Help" -> "License key" has disappeared from the desktop app, I'm not able to input my Apex license key anywhere. That means I can't see my Apex accounts on the desktop app and I am unable to trade.
The problem is this: I already had an active Tradovate account which seems to have been migrated over to NT. Upon NT user registration we should be able to input an Apex license key, but as a former Tradovate user I already had an account so I could not input the key anywhere. When trying to input the key on the website's "Account plan", it tells me to contact support. Is there any way to input a license key after downloading the platform or do I now just have to give up with NT and move on? Unfortunately this new update seems to have made everything more complicated.
