    Playback mode often hangs first time; have disconnect and connect again.

    I have NT8 version 27.0. Do I need to rollback to 26.0 to fix this..? Please don't tell me to move to the latest version. Vendors I have to work with for my charts have told us not to. Thanks.

    Thank you for your post.

    If you could please submit this as a ticket to [email protected], and please include your log and trace files along with the request. Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
