    FX historical / real time data

    Hallo, could someone please check, forex data providing service?
    It seems to me that not working correctly. I have data until last friday. Today I have just only "last candle".

    Hello,

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.
    • Who is your broker?
    • What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 03-22, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
    • (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      Hi,

      - I am using free data from NT provider. And yes, the connection has a green status.
      - I only use NT8 for technical analysis, not for actual order entry
      - It affected all forex data. I was not the only one, but my colleagues also had the same problem.
      - The problem was with both minute and tick data.
      - No error message.
      - The same situation occurred on my second PC with a different NT account

      Now everything is working again. It happens from time to time. It seems to me that there is a problem with NT HDS.

        Thank you for your post.

        I can confirm that our team has discovered missing historical data on the servers that has now been backfilled. Please delete the historical data in order to load new historical data in.
