no indicators - strategies

Hello,

today I´m experiencing a scenario never seen in 10 years using NT.

When I want to add an indicator there are only the basic indicators but my proper indicators are not there, same with strategies. One can only select from system indicators and strategies.

I attach a screenshot of NT strategies and windows explorer.

Thank you for the message.

Please go to the Control Center > New > NinjaScript Editor > Right-click on the background > Click Compile

• If any error messages appear, make the window full screen and take a screenshot of as many of the error messages as needed. If needed take multiple screenshots and then attach those to your response.

If no error messages appear after clicking Compile, go back to the Indicator and Strategies list again and check if they have returned.

If they are still not showing, restart NinjaTrader and test again.

If they are still not showing, please send us an email directly with your log and trace files attached so we may look into this behavior further:

• Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
• Select: Platform Technical Support
• Enter the subject as: Clayton ATTN 03251850"
• Include any additional information in the Body as desired
• Ensure the "Log and trace files" box is checked
  • Send the email
