The last thread on ATM Stop problems has been ongoing for several months. Many here have expressed concerns here over poor Support.
I don’t suggest anyone bothers to read the thread.
The conclusion, to Close the ticket unresolved by email (i.e. off the Forum) was:
“Hi Bruce, thanks for sending that in. You are placing a buy limit order above the market, so its filling instantly. I believe this is what your forum post was about. Place a buy stop market or stop limit order above market price to put a resting buy order above the market.
Kind regards. “
What I sent in was a Long trade. This is nonsense.
Shortly followed by:
”Im sorry, I see this is not the issue you wrote in about in the forum post. We have been testing this over 3 months and 3 different techs are not able to reproduce this. We are going to leave this for now and close this ticket. ”
Just dismal. Nice way to close out an unresolved issue away from the public eye though.
It is highly likely the problem is in the software logic.
Oh, and I see another complaint about Support in between my postings, as if further evidence were needed
