cTrader authorization issue

I used to be able to authorize a demo cTrader connection on NT8. Now it no longer works. An error message complains of "Unhandled exception: The system cannot find the file specified". In the past, this would lead to a web browser loading id.spotware.com, but this link is no longer available. Please check and edit your code thanks.

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 3091092 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

It seems the issue is rooted in this webpage not being available to you in order to authorize the connection. You could try clearing browser cache or flushing your DNS, but you may need to contact a network expert as to why this page is unreachable on this machine/connection.

I have checked id.spotware.com using DNS lookup and verified there is no such URL. So the bug remains in ninjatrader.
